    Special Effects:
  • Alternating special. First use decreases immobility resistance by 100 , second use tries to stun.

    Combos: Any subsequent use of either shoulder attempts a stun

    Description: The first use these Shocker shoulders decreases your opponent's immobility resistance by 100 - the second use attempts to stun.

  • Double EP DoT for 5 turns
  • Chance for fluctuating enemy damage - each turn for 5 turns, their boost might be reduced by 50

    Combos: None

    Description: Blast your opponent with a double-damage EP DoT on hit, and may also cause your opponent's damage ability to fluctuate.
