Not sure if 18 exactly applies here but it's all taken from here. Upon creating the account, you agreed with these terms so you cannot just go against them.
And seriously just stop with these threads people, you do NOT even know how TLM will end up and you moan already? You had evolved classes for a week, use brain to think of a build that can beat them - not just say it's OP because you're having hard time. Use some strategy, not just spam same thing over and over.
No one told you to change class, no one told you to spend the money and time on the game...

Also it was said that during Beta, Gamma, Delta, etc, stages of the games items are being balanced not nerfed. Play when game is fully out, not in its early stages and you'll see balance.

You'll have to count on the Geniuses and Kyle's dad if you become a human centipad.

Plus, mir, they said classes would be subject to change on the design notes.

Mirv, seriously just stop. You pressed accept upon reading T&C, which are in every game to tick that you've read them or there's link to them. It's your fault if you've done something wrong.
Stop having goes at ED as it's just a game, not your whole life! You don't even know how a business works in detail, what they do is change items and then listen to the opinion. That is called Customer Service and feedback from other people.
If they do something wrong, they got feedback and can avoid it in the future.

Like I said on my previous post. I want a warning in-game and on the forums we read this thing a long time ago. When we first registered that was half a year ago(or more for some people) who the heck is gonna remeber this? Even since I remeber it now. I don't care. I wan't a more public warning. What about new players? Who don't even know about nerfs? You can't just nerf them and expect them to not demand a refund.

It's part of the Terms & Conditions to review them from time to time.

 Isaiah, read the first post again.
Terms and Conditions? Who remembers them? Well you should as you agreed upon the creation of the account so if you have problem with something in-game and it's in T&C then it was your fault for not reading it. NOT Staff's..
New players you say? Getting 50K Credits takes at least to Lvl 25 (Arcade if lucky) if not higher.. Varium players? It's their choice but actually a lot of them know about 'Pedia and/or Forum.
Seriously just grow up, stop arguing over a game as it shows how childish you are about it and trying to act mature about it at the same time.. Do you expect to do the same if you won't get pay rise at work?

Aw dang. Man.... SHould have thought harder before purchasing varium I hate it. I hope they could make something like 5000 varium back to 5000 BP's

 God. When you sign up to Gmail they tell you a bunch of terms. You have to agree. When you sign up to anything there's always some ToS thing that you have to agree. If you don't read it thats your problem.

@Isaiah it doesn't matter how long ago it was. If you loan some money from a bank to buy a house, you can stop paying when you've finished paying for the house, not when it's "been a long time" after you get the loan.

I am sick and tired of you people complaining on and on about refunds and TLM being OP'ed. Its like you guys can't go a day without complaining about something being wrong in this game. You know how much work it takes to get this far in a game through hard work and then have to listen to immature children complain about something. For god's sake, nothing is perfect nor will it ever be. YOU made the decision to pay for the game, YOU made the decision to change class, YOU made the decision to spend time on this game, NOT the Devs. They simply created the game. Why don't you go and create this game with 1 or 2 more people and see how it feels. Shut your mouths and wait for the Devs to propose what they're going to do with the balance issue. The classes have been out for a week. And most of the people just copy builds and don't use their brains. You can't learn everything about a new job in one week can you? Play the game out. Seriously, whats wrong with you people. If you don't like it, don't play until its balanced or just quit.
