My Best Guess Is That Dragon Weapons Will Be Re-Released Next Friday (09/02/11).

Probably not since no information was released about those weapons returning.

Your best bet is next week since this year DragonCon will be held Labor Day weekend (September 2-5, 2011) in Atlanta, GA.

Coincidentally, September 2nd is next Friday. :P
