What does it mean when a forum topic is Necro-Bumped?

it means that a thread has past the unofficial "dead" date and someone posted again in it. This is different for each forum.
in DF Q&A, a thread is considered dead after 3 days. If someone posts there, it will be seen as a necro-bumb.
If you are not sure about a date, contact a local AK of the respective forum.
