 Url removed by Cinderella

This is the website URL a level 34 Ms penguin gave me. I went over it, and it looks like a scam site.

Who can I report to. I don't want to report to just the lawman, that's for ED, for AE overall...

I sent it to the lawman like 3 days ago.
But I do wish we had a better place to send it.
