This is a suggestion for skills. Buffer and nerfer skills to be exact. Have you ever been in 2V2 and you and your ally were the same class or very similar? Imagining that you share some of the same skills, buffer skills or nerfer skills (Malfunction, Smokescreen, Intimidate, Technician, Reflex Boost, Field Commander, Energy Shield, Defense Matrix, Blood Commander). Your ally has a level 5 Malfunction and uses the skill on the dangerous enemy. But you have Malfunction too, level 10, and 1.75 times more effective than your ally's Malfunction. In the current EpicDuel, if you try to affect the status of a player already effected by the same status condition, you are not permitted to change the same status of that player. A game hint is "targeting the same target is more productive than dividing your targets" or something like that. When you are not able to focus an effort onto the targeted opponent, you lose.

This is an improvement suggestion to status conditions. As follows:

•permission to status target a player affected by same status condition (includes your ally's and your own)

•the greater of the status conditions takes priority

•same status conditions STACK but only the greatest status condition shows

Quick example:

Player A & B VS Player C & D

Player A uses Malfunction 30 on D

Player C attacks B

Player B uses Malfunction 45 on D (Player D now has a Technology reduction of 45)

Support!

Cant see anything wrong with this idea,

Also you should add that stacking your skill afterwards also extends the duration to the latest applied debuff/buff.

Also add as a side note that you cannot stack your own skill on your own skill rather your partner can only stack on yours or vice versa.

+1

One adjustment though:

If my malf is stronger than my partner's and I apply it on an opponent before my partner, then my partner should not be allowed to waste his malf on the same opponent.

Why not apply this with buffs as well since we are doing debuffs? Also if this were to happen Blood and field commander would be an issue. Say if someone's field commander is stronger then blood commander and they use it on their partner while they have blood commander? If this were to happen the life gain would be gone and that would be an issue if merc and tech merc's were partnered together.

although this would lead to wasted energy, skills, and turn. supported.

but a better solution would be to actually work as a team with ur partner. (would be perfect with ally link)
