Since some skills are being changed to remove overlapping somewhat soon, I'd decided to suggest a load of new skills. I didn't have enough time, so I'll make more threads for the other classes, but I'm BM right now so I'd find it easier to start with this class(Skill names are subject to change):

BM
Blood Drain: Replaces overload. A physical energy charge which sacrifices 1/12 of your max HP to deal damage and drain energy based off of damage dealt. Base damage is fairly low, increases by 1 damage per 6 dex, the amount of HP sacrificed also adds to the damage at a 100% trade-off (If you sacrifice 10 HP, it deals 10 more damage). 2-turn cooldown, affected by blood lust, but you cannot use it when you don't have enough initial HP to cast it. No energy required to use.
1. 5% energy recovered from damage dealt
2. 8%
3. 11%
4. 13%
5. 15%
6. 17%
7. 18%
8. 19%
9. 20%
10. 21%
Quake: Replaces plasma rain. Create an earthquake by sticking your staff/sword into the terrain, dealing physical damage to all targets. Against 2 foes, it does 85% damage. Increases with strength at 5 strength for 1 damage, moderate-high base damage. Costs same energy as plasma rain.

6. x+14
7. x+16

Stun Charge: Replaces Bludgeon. Smashes the opponent with an electrically charged staff/sword, dealing energy damage with a chance to stun. Deals 18% more primary weapon damage. 16 energy cost at level 1, +1 energy afterwards. Increases with nothing (unless you want to say strength, which isn't really because the stun chance isn't particularly affected by anything).

5. 30%
6. 31%
7. 32%
8. 33%
9. 34%
10. 35%
Neutralize: Replaces Super Charge. Unblockable strike attack with increased damage to the opponent which neutralizes the opponent's fighting potential. Reduces the opponent's max rage and energy by a percentage of their max. Deals 50% more primary damage. 33 energy cost at level 1, +2 per level afterwards. Stacks with blood lust.
1. -13% max rage and max energy
2. -19%
3. -25%
4. -31%
5. -36%
6. -41%
7. -46%
8. -50%
9. -54%
10. -58%

somewhat supported but the energy drain % need to be low

the damage shouldn't surpass current multi, otherwise supported, but the animation is somewhat Hun kingq's idea.

seems fair but the stun chance could be lowered a bit.

this is the bit where it gets OP, -58% of their max energy? it should never be like this since in omega every point of energy counts and you can totally destroy another class with this. i would only support if it deals 50% more weapon damage, reduces rage and stacking with bloodlust because only then it would be on par with other ultimates.
