if as high rank players saying balance is good. why only 2 class can defeat these 3 bosses? Zedmyr, M4tr1x, Legendary Titan. why other 4 class can't. what does it means? if i am BH, or BM, or CH, or Merc and i want beat these 3 bosses, but i can't, what i must do? what offer or suggestion can give us ED team

I mean not really, just because BH can't defeat these bosses doesn't necessarily mean this class is bad, it actually doing better than most classes. The reason is simple, balance is not based on NPCs, it
is based on how other classes doing, also each class has different access to energy, this is set to keep variety in-game.
As for these legendary bosses, they aren't featured in any mission or mission chain, so you aren't really "obliged" to defeat them, they are just set to present a challenge to high ranked players.

Here is a video of a BM beating Legendary M4trix

but on a serious note these NPC are not mandatory towards any missions and you can do without them. It is when they are mandatory for an event or mission chain that they will do something about it like with the Lionhart boss sometime ago.
