We really need the option of having more skill points because its about time that we started evolving in this game. You cant move up to the next level with the same stats andskills from a year ago.

What I suggest is 1 skill point every 2 ranks AFTER rank 60. These skill points will be extremely beneficial for 2 reasons:

1) You don't have to use them
2) They can be used on any skill, even the free ones

How about get more skills in the tree first before adding more skill points. Some builds have points to burn, amazingly enough.

Or, do what was supposed to happen a while ago and fix overlapping skills by replacing them with new ones.
