1) Lower ALL buff(eg. Field Commander) and nerf(eg. Malfunction) skills by 1 turn: To reduce reliance on them for better strategies in battles

2) Reduce slightly Mark of Blood effect because it drains too efficient

3) Reduce 1 turn of Shadow arts as it works too well with tank build

4) Frenzy: Have Club requirement to reduce overused of swords

5) Energy Parasite: Have Staff requirement to reduce overused of swords

6) Make War chest item a RARE / ULTRA RARE for players' hard work in WAR and make the War chest item non-buy-able from shop

7) Make skill cores to be extractable from gears at a price

8) Gears with unique core (eg. Icy Chill) should be permanently locked to make them unique to be used in certain event

1) Buff skills are core in defensive play. Debuffs just outright suck in general and are bad because buffs can shut them down instantly by overcompensating and costing less energy. What they honestly should do is just overhaul both buffs and debuffs entirely to give them secondary unique effects like how reflex boost used to give 15% of damage received back into energy.

2) No. If you just start pressuring your opponent before or right when mark of blood is applied, he or she is generally forced to play defensive and waste turns of the mark because they are busy buffing or healing themselves and can't attack you to lifesteal.

3) It is the least efficient on tank builds. It is the most efficient on glass cannon ones. As of now it is either balanced or could still use a slight buff.

4) maaaaaybe. However that would just end up with the same situation as TM, where frenzy is a very core/required skill and it would polarize from everyone using swords to everyone using clubs. No point "fixing" the problem by introducing another near-identical problem

5) No because the skill tree is constructed poorly for staffs entirely and for the same reasons as making frenzy require a club. Fix the other skills on BM that requires staves so that they are actually useful on the tree then I can support this. Also just fix ED entirely so that some skills are not 100% required no matter what.

Interestingly enough the reason of removing passives and replacing them with other skills was to remove the 100% need to invest lots of points into a skill no matter what build you invested in. However, energy parasite, frenzy, static smash, etc.. are really just the epitome of this anyways. This NEEDS fixing. Badly. It's restricting build paths and skill trees way too much.

6) I don't care about the war so I don't have comments on this

7) No they should just be the same thing as inventory items and you should be able to move them around freely. But I guess making them extractable is better than what we have now.

8) They already are permanently locked. The only exception to this would be the ones that let you deal more damage to delta vault or take less from it because that was a 1-time event. Icy chill is still applicable to george lowe so yes it should be permanently locked, but not the mechachillid stuff.
