Add the option for faction leaders to be able to change
the name of their faction for credits and varium.

Why Varium only ?

I picked Credits + Varium as you can create a faction with both options.
It would be logical to continue this for faction renaming.

Guys . Why could we change player's name with varium and faction name with credits and varium ? Changing faction name means a lot as same as changing player name .

^ changing name grants u an achievement will changing faction name if implanted will not grant u an achievement

It should be a varium only feature, perhaps then players will actually have a good reason to buy varium.

There is not much motivation for a non Varium player to buy Varium
only to change a faction name. He could also disband it and create a
new one even when this does mean many lost faction levels which
do not mean much at all. But those players that buy Varium from
time to time would have another option where they could spend it on.

The primary thing faction leaders would worry the most about when
disbanding a faction could be overall and (Dread) war highscores.
Its not so much about lost faction members and faction levels.
