Str abusers

the only reason why we see those 100 + str abusers with base dex is that they rely on luckystrike core to not block !
and they know they wont block that's why they use these kinds of builds with minimum dex , cause they know calculations are a laughable matter tbh cause RNG have never been worst in the last couple of months
so I suggest u give them penalties for that or fix RNG or rework block calculation ...

Strenght builds are fine. A simple shield desactivates this type of builds, so maybe it's just your way of playing. No need to penalize them.

^ ik they are weak but the fact is that they know they wont block their op strike strategies so they go for minimum dex it's hilarious ! am not having trouble versus them but the fact for they get wins by this strategy bugs me .

Edit : the fact that am playing a build with 135 dex and done 50 + wins with it and I vsed a lot of those said str abusers with base dex and the only blocks I got is bots versus f5 players I never saw a strike that got blocked in a while now lol
