The following items are missing the image in the inventory:
- Recruitment Letter
- Void Essence (not 100% sure, but I suspect it is missing the image)

Also, one of the testers mentioned to me that the files for these two items were broken on dev server.

i believe the recruitment letter showed up for me , might just be load time issues

It could have been working correctly when you completed the mission and broke at a later time.

On the other hand, you could be thinking of another letter/documents type miscellaneous item, since there are quite a few of them.
