the wiki says its available at dragonslayer camp

at crimson mage shop. which might be senna? if its her shes not selling or crafting crimson mage gear. i finished her quests

im only lvl13 that hasnt stopped her from selling crafting other lvl16 gear. anyone know where i can find crimson gear?

Dragonslayer Camp->Senna->Crafting->Crimson Battle Mage

Not sure if you need to complete anything else beforehand, the wiki doesn't state anything.

To unlock the shop, you need to complete all the quests in the /Slabs area.
