I accepting the "Hero of Mer'a" quest but cannot advance in the "Crushing Bones" quest because the Dragonoid spawns don't drop any bones. I've killed 120+ (lvl 10 or 15) of them and have gotten no drops. I believe the quest is either bugged or I'm killing the wrong spawns.

It's not a bug. The lower levelled Dragonoid Spawns have an extremely low drop rate for the bones, you should fight the level 35 or 40 ones instead.
