A new skill for any class (no matter which class) named frozen breath.

Frozen Breath:Increases technology; converts 15% damage received into energy.

Energy required:
Level 1: 12
Level 2: 13
Level 3: 14
Level 4: 15
Level 5: 16
Level 6: 17
Level 7: 18
Level 8: 19
Level 9: 20
Level 10: 21

Weapon required: None
Stat: None
Level required:5
Improves with: Support (+1 technology at 19 support; +1 technology per 3 support after)
Warm up: 0
Cool down: 2

This is almost reflex boost. Your suggestions?

It is OP somewhat with the way it gains power. Every buff improves with 4 of a stat if it does improve with a stat. Plus for classes that have reroute the second effect would be worthless to them unless it doesn't override reroute.

The name "Frozen Breath" sounds more like a Skill Core than a class skill.

It doesn't really matter about a name of the skill for they can change it to whatever they want. @ mother1 not every stat improves with 4 of a stat for reflex boost increases with 3 support per dexterity and yup it can override reroute adding 15% more conversion.

You mean having it stack with reroute? Then not supported. Some moves don't stack for a reason such as Supercharge and bloodlust, as well as Bloodlust and blood commander for a reason. The move will become too OP and being able to have 45% of your energy back even for a few turns is just that OP.

I mean not to add this skill to classes having reroute skill such as tlm and tm.
