When making a post, click on "link" which is between "quote" and "color." Type in the url in the top and whatever you want the link to read out as in the bottom.

Or you can type it in manually, which is what I tend to do when writing guides for instance since some browsers automatically go to the top of the page when you use the "link" button. Alternatively, "url" can be substituted for "link" when opening and closing the link.
