energy drains and energy regains
Battery back up is since it has 5turn cool down a level scaleing on improvement is only thing needed
lvl3 +10energy
lvl6 +10energy
lvl9+ 10energy
lvl12+10energy
lvl15 +10energy
lvl18+10energy
lvl26+10energy
lvl32+10energy
needs to change to
lvl5 +10energy
lvl8 +10energy
lvl11+10 energy
lvl14 + 10energy
lvl16 +10energy
lvl19 +10energy
lvl29+10energy
lvl35+10energy
This will help with the lower lvl progression slightly with dex mages and help slightly in all the battle modes in balance
static grenade needs to be changed to +45% energy from 35% energy
+10energy per 4.5support after 5support changed to +10energy every 6 support after Because its taking a little more then it should but not regaining what it should
Assimilation base energy take reduced or
str progression changed from +10energy at 27str then after +10energy every 9str changed into +10energy every 25str then +10energy ever 15 or 20str
emp grenade
+10energy at 22tech then +10energy ever 4tech after changed to +10energy every 5 after This only needs a slight nerf because it cost 100energy at lvl1 but regains nothing how every it is unblockable
Static smash
Its ok on the energy regain side how ever its takeing out 385 to 487energy from people at lvl10
this needs to be adjust in some way on the drain side as it takes well over what a battery can even do
Static smasher should work as %'s increaseing as u level but u get the %'s back as what they are currently after lvl35
Atomic smasher
This skill takes around 217 to 365 energy leave it as a energy drain only skill
since it has no regain or damage with it and can be blocked it needs a slight buff
The %'s need to slightly increase or the energy cost needs to slightly go down from +10every level to +5 every level
energy parasite
Im not so sure about this energy drain/regain

On a added note: All the energy gain and regain base amounts need to improve by levels not all stay the same for all levels this is part of why jug mode is broken at level40 and so easy for lvl20-30's
