This battle shouldn't have happened
vs. legend rank85 and 82
This is as bad as a level 36 going against a legend.
TBH I didn't even think there was enough players for a 2v2 to be made that fast. But I was wrong.

I have to ask where you and your partner exile? If that is the case then you can blame the legion vs exile filter on that one. It once again paired players based on the side they are on rather than their level.

 It's called the Legion versus Exile filter. If you were Legion and or your partner was Legion(or me and or ConQrR were Exile), you would've gotten ConQrR as your partner(he has the highest rank and you have the lowest level). The filter should without a doubt be removed, and it wouldn't bother me or ConQrR one bit if it was removed (I average about 92% alone he averages about 75% alone, which is extremely better than what most can do). If the filter was removed it would help a little with wait times and make matchmaking 100% based on level/rank, which is a good thing.

Ever since this filter has come into play, there has never been a case where 2 legion players and 2 exile players had to fight against each other with member of the opposite side.

The combanations have always been this


2 Legion players versus 2 exile players
1 exile player versus 3 legion players
3 exile player versus 1 legion player
2 legion players versus 2 legion players
2 exile players versus 2 exile players

Never once have we had

1 legion and exile player vs another legion and exile player.

 @Mother1: You didn't understand what I typed then, nowhere in my post does it lead to a Legion and Exile vs a Legion and Exile(which is impossible). I specifically said "or" for that reason. *If one or both of them were Legion OR me or both me and ConQrR were Exile he would've been partners with ConQrR. So here is what that leads to, to help you better understand.

If both OR one of them were Legion the lowest level/rank would get the highest rank.

OR

If both OR one of me and ConQrR were Exile once again the lowest level/rank would get the highest rank.

So hopefully that explanation helps you understand since the match Edwardvulture screenied was specifically a Legion/Legion vs Exile/Exile (meaning the filter paired based on alignments and also why I gave the conditions that would've paired the lowest level/rank with the highest rank).

EDIT: @Below, alright then, it was hard to tell from your post (I have 10,000+ 2v2 wins so it should've been obvious that I know how the L v E filter works).

As long as this filter is in play no matter how loose they make it, there will always be the problem of players getting paired together based off what side they are on before what level the teams are.

Heck even at level 40 where the bar is suppose to be where you can fight only players as low as 4 levels I can still get a 6 range gap if me and my partner is level 40 and my opponents are level 37 thanks to this filter.

It has happened a few times before, and me explaining it to those level 37's made it no easier for them.

I was just explaining ever since this filter came into play that there was no way for one legion and exile player to be teamed up against another legion and exile player. But I agree with you the legion vs exile filter doesn't need to be loosened it needs to be removed completely.

Yes I've had this issue a lot me and a lower level against 2 much higher ones
Free loss anyone?

They should remove this filter-thing until war time really

There was a time i fought a fellow Exile in 1v1 2 times as my Exile Tech Mage . In a row . Pretty weird that this mixup also reached in 2v2 instead on 1v1 with a few individuals only affected by a few instances.

 The issues around the matching have been known for a long time. I understand everyone's frustration about this, but this is however not a Balance discussion.
If you have ideas to help with the match system, feel free to suggest those in EpicDuel Suggestions. But here in EpicDuel Balance, only discussions regarding balance are to be discussed.
