Ok, i played aq3d before no problem, now I load it up and it says it failed to load and that i need the newest version of unity. So obviously the link they provide for the manual download doesnt send me to the newest version cause after dling it, I still get the same message. I even deleted the unity web player and redownloaded it....any help?

@gdmacd1

Which browser are you using to try and play AQ3D? Could you also visit https://unity3d.com/webplayer and tell me what Unity Plugin version it says you're using?

Im using windows 10, Im using the newest version 5.3 unity player or whichever is the newest.Im using firefox. I actually had to send a error report to ae because this problem is actually unity related, not ae related. I researched it on google and unfortuantly, there has been no fix for this error, I completely removed unity from my computer, cleaned all cache and reset browser.This has not fixed the problem.If anyone has any suggestions to fix this, would be great.

Edit: Actually, it seems to have been fixed now, or atleast the problem didnt occur today when trying to log in...Most curious...

I don't know if Unity 5 uses the normal cache settings/location...as I am testing a game that uses older version of Unity.

If Unity 5 does use the same caching system, you can follow this link and clear everything from your unity cache:

http://webplayer.unity3d.com/setup/

I also recommend clearing out your browser's cache file. I actually delete the whole compressed file that FireFox creates when you open up Firefox. This file gets created after you delete it upon the next time Firefox is started. Usually it contains over 350mb of saved web pages and other information.

Make sure you delete the right one...delete the wrong one and you lose all of your bookmarks! -*(

Google on how to do it for Windows 10 as it may relocate the file/folder somewhere else.
