Surgical strike versus Super Charge versus Massacre

Surgical Strike : Improves with technologies, reduces 50 % of opponent's max rage, gain 30 % lifesteal, usable with a sword/club.

Super Charge : Improves with technologies, ignore 20 % of opponent's max resistance, gain 30 % lifesteal, usable with a staff

Massacre : Improves slightly with strength and do 120 % more WEAPON damage, reduces/ignores nothing, no lifesteal unless u use mark of blood which requires a lot of energy, usable with a blades.

Putting Super Charge back on dex would be pretty cool.

Also, Massacre wouldn't need "Improves slightly with strength" since its damage is already based on weapon damage, which itself improves with strength.

I remember this discussion of Ultimates a while back (years back), about how Massacre dealt increased damage because it had no other effects (i.e. def/res ignore, lifesteal, etc).
And a reason for not adding lifesteal to it was that BH already had bloodlust.

Bloodlust is gone now, dont see a reason why the ultimates couldn't be on equal footing.

^ ikr that's exactly what am referring at

massacre's weakness is that the 120 % more WEAPON damage on max level it's based on the 350 the weapon provides u not your total primary weapon damage so let's say i have 48 + 33 str which will give me 500 - 530 + 30 from ranks 530 - 560 ... so - 350 weapon damage then u would have 180 - 210 so full calculation will be (180 - 210) + (350 x 120%) = 950 - 980 damage from a max massacre which is low for lets say someone who have 400 - 450 + 15 armors versus you , while on 80 + technologies the surgical strike does 780 + damage (wiki calculation so excuse me if am wrong about the total damage) with the ability to reduce rage by 50 % and lifesteal by 30 % and the supercharge does 730 + damage (again wiki calculations) with the ability to ignore 20 % resistance and 30 % lifesteal ! damage in ED for surgical and super charge is a lot more that what i provided ... but the massacre damage is exact ! but just talking in general.

 This also means that you don't necessarily have to add to strength for Massacre to be effective, as the now-popular support BH proves. In contrast, Surgical Strike and Super Charge require lots of tech investment to be effective (unless you're desperate for a move that will do at least 200 damage regardless of energy efficiency)
