Is the founder package a one time payment because whenever I try to buy it, the game crashes and the "enter apple ID" option comes up despite the game already crashing. If so, can I buy the founder package and then link my AQW account to it?

@above: Yep, when you buy it and go through the confirmation, there will be a "Link to my AQW account" option. However, this is a ONE time link so keep that in mind. I already got mine and I love the upgrade!

Also, if we do get the upgrade, will our Founder status follow through to other devices like Android and FB assuming that I linked my FB acc to BG as well?

Yes! The Founder status is linked to your account, so if you synchronise on another device, you should still be upgraded.

There's the possibility that you have a glitched game. I suggest trying to reinstall your game, and using the Bug Tracker to post your issue.
Have you actually purchased the package yet?

@above, When I get to the part when I have to enter my Apple ID password, and then the game crashes, however, the option to enter my apple ID password does not crash. So I'm worried that if I enter my password and buy it, I'll have the founder package, but lose the opportunity to link it to my AQW.

EDIT: I tried everything from re-installing to resetting my iPod altogether.

 @Pinkie Pie: I'm not sure whether or not the purchase will go through if the app is no longer open, since I've never experienced this before for any game, but if it does go through, you will have another opportunity to link your AQW account to BattleGems. After you have made your purchase and are a Founder in BattleGems, you can simply go back to the upgrade interface (should be the same way you go there the first time, through the far right button, then upgrade) and from there, there will be a button allowing you to then link your AQW account.

I have a 3gs. Everytime I click "play", the game crashes.

Is my phone just too old to play this game?

Ahaaaaa. Do you happen to have a 4th generation iPod Touch? We are aware of crash issues with those devices, and are working on a possible fix. We do know that it might be an issue with the lower RAM capacity of said devices.

 @Dual Thrusters: Players are currently reporting problems with BattleGems crashing on the iPod touch 4th generation, and I would say the iPhone 3GS is quite similar to it (3GS has the same amount of RAM and a slightly slower processor). The developers are aware of this issue and are working on it, so you can try again after a patch is rolled out. Personally, I have an iPod touch 5th generation and it has crashed multiple times (likely due to lack of RAM, even though it has double that of the 3GS or iPod 4th gen), so hopefully the next update will address some of these issues.

@Morlock Darrcastle Yeah, I saw that when I went to the bug tracker. However, it says the game crashes at the character creation, but I was able to make my character, it is only when purchasing the founder package or starting a quest does the game crash.

Because different people have had different scenarios of crashes, we have seen many kinds of reports of essentially the same issue.

I have a questions about Gems. Does damage/healing cap at a certain amount of gems? For example, after x amount of gems, you deal/heal any more.

In theory, there is no damage or healing limit. But since the level is capped (you can't gain any more levels legally after all quests are done), there's a hypothetical limit.

 Ok I have 2 questions, I know it might be stupid but I just want to make sure...
This game will be updated right? Like there will be new levels and quests over time.
I have another question also. My user ID is 0, I have also seen many other people with the user ID of 0, is this normal and if so how is pvp going to work?

Edit: also does the Facebook version of this app work? If. It is it worth connecting now or should I wait till the Facebook version is working.

I have a question. I don't have iPhone or iPad or Android. I have Samsung. Will I be able to get Founder status eventually or will I miss out on the DragonKnight class because of my phone choice?

 IIRC correctly there will be updates, not sure how often though. The Facebook vers of BG isnt out yet.

@Serpro I remember seeing a tweet from Cysero saying that Founder will be around until past the release of the Samsung version, so you will not miss the ability to upgrade.

Is it beneficial to buy more items such as weapons and armors without using them. For example, if I buy the top weapon at the dragonslayer shop, will there be any bonuses that I receive for getting the other weapons, or should I just buy the highest tier stuff from each shop?

Hey I've been stuck on level 16 for a while now. It says I need to be level 17 first, but I can't seem to gain XP anymore because I've completed all the quests. Is there anything I can do or do I keep fighting the Dire Doge and hope I'll level up?
