Treadlight here is all my info gathered from threads, which i helped a lot in :)

quote:

A few formulae

Efficiency:

F = O * [1 - (E/1000)]
Where
F = Final usage
O = Original usage
E = Efficiency
(not off at all )
Chaddledee & Sylaria

Every 10 points takes away 1% of ep use.

Power:

M = X * [1 + (P/1000)]
m = Y * [1 + (P/1000)]

M = Final Maximum Damage
m = Final Minimum Damage
X = Original Maximum Damage
Y = Original Minimum Damage
in media res

Every 10 points of power increases damage by 1%

Perception:

M = X * [1 - (P/1000)]
m = Y * [1 - (P/1000)]

M = Enemy's Final Maximum Damage
m = Enemy's Final Minimum Damage
X = Enemy's Original Maximum Damage
Y = Enemy's Original Minimum Damage
Askadie and Quadrantz and Zeke

Every 10 points of perception decreases damage taken by 1% (see a bit of a pattern here? Lol)

Spreadsheet on the affects of luck ---> Luck<---
By me.

Anyone else wanna add any formulae?

Hope this helps with the updating of your guides.

Why bother putting anything into anything other than luck and power? Luck makes you crit practically every other hit, and power just makes those crits even stronger.

From his formula it appears luck makes you crit 1 in 20 turns. Which also means that pumping your power would be almost 2x damage over time. Of course one could be dead in 5 turns. In that case luck could win you one in 4 hard fights. However it all looks fishy... What if luck is a multiplier of some sort? I never tried to find out but do all weapons have same criticals? Do all mechs? What if 2% is a base critical on mech/gun? That would make luck a 3.5 multiplier. Anyone know?

@Asiram: As of now, straight up Offense is the best strategy just because there aren't many enemies that simply can't be out damaged and have low HP, for defensive builds to take advantage of. I'd imagine the roster will fill out with enemies that may require more defensive approaches along with other types as time goes on.

I made my own build called the assassin build its when you put half of your stats in power and the other half in accuracy.

Hmmm, let's see. I call this one a "I'm so Lucky, Critically insane and I can't Miss build" for my MystRaven... (name is a work in progress)
Luck: 134
Accuracy: 46

Heh heh, maybe LCM for shortness.
