 Unfortunately, a very terrible bug has occurred. It happened on my Microsoft Surface a few days ago and today. When I visit an ad that does not use curtains, the bug happened. In order for the game to load, I had to tap or click the screen. So that's why I had to log out after i'm done with Ballyhoo, which means I can't borrow a temporary weapon without any terrible inconvenience, because the bug lasted until I log out. Can you please fix that glitch? I'm using the F2P server.

Type of bug: Gold Reward

Before bug occurred: i was doing ballyhoo advertising

During Bug & details: The advertisements load as they should, but the amount of gold I receive is way too large for what I should be getting. It would give me rewards from 36,000 gold to nearly 200,000 gold. I'm filling this report so that I won't be branded as an abuser, since I am not using any type of hacking software.

Did you clear cache? yes
Did the bug happen again? yes
Browser Info: firefox updated last version
Flash version: 9

Type of Bug: Graphic/Glitch/Screen Freeze

Before Bug occurred: Occurred after 3-4 viewings of Ballyhoo ads
During bug + details: After watching 3-4 ads, Flash freezes up and will only proceed through the frames if I click the mouse for each frame. This continues until closing/reloading window, and continues after exiting Ballyhoo screen and playing the rest of the game.

Did you clear cache? Yes
Did the bug happen again? Yes. Has happened for the last 3 or 4 days
Browser Info: IE 10
Flash version: 11.8.800.174
OS: Windows 7 Home Edition

I had the same problem as muggle123

Before bug occurred: watching ballyhoo ads

During Bug & details: exactly the same as above, everything went smooth, just the extreme amount of gold I got at the end was weird.

 ^Not a bug. Ballyhoo was updated not too long ago and now gives up to 400K+ gold for each ad.

 I have a Problem with the Ballyhoo Shops.
Bought the glass cannon pet pack and the Paramount Shield and Blade pack but the Shops are not shown on my list.
How do i fix it?

 It states that you can access Ballyhoo a FEW times a day, well to me a few is 3-6 as anymore is several. Anyways, apart from that. You'll notice if you check my activity log, I've been away... for an extremely log time. Took a year break from all internetz n stuff. So, I thought, maybe it stacks the days?

anyways Ballyhoo is not stopping on giving me gold. It keeps on doing it, I went up to 9 times to see if this was not a bug. I logged off, cleared cache, checked another browser, went to my other computer, then I tried the final 10th time. Let me again, so I notice it would let me an 11th but I didnt continue.

Did the bug happen again? yes

 The number of ballyhoo adds is based on the number of advertiser in your region, as such the number of views can vary person to person. Double digit views is not uncommon.

My sister visited ballyhoo and all of a sudden she ends up in the ballyho screen whenever she logs in to play.

Load screen for new war keeps freezing.

Is there something with my account because this is not the first time and I am updated/cache cleared etc.

During bug + details: When coming back to the Ballyhoo screen from the video, the animation freezes up. The game is otherwise playable, but I must manually click through frame by frame.

Did the bug happen again? yes. It happens every time after watching an add from Ballyhoo, regardless of the add. This has been ongoing for about one month.
Browser Info: Internet Explorer 9 (it's old, but I've played AQ on this for years and never had this problem)
Flash version: 14.0.0.145
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium

 Getting the same issue that Qavex and Infurity have...I can hit F5 to reload the game, then it will automatically walk through the screens to get to view another Ballyhoo video, but after, the same issue happens. It's possibly something to do with the redirects from the ads?

Type of Bug: Black Screen

Before Bug occurred: I am at the screen with ballyhoo asking me if I want to open the magic chest
During bug + details: After clicking on the magic chest to open it, the screen goes black and I am unable to see any ads or get out of the screen at all, I have to close the browser window and leave the game.

Did you clear cache? Yes
Did the bug happen again? Yes. I have been unable to use ballyhoo for a month. Initially I was able to manual click through frame by frame, but now just a black screen and I have to close the browser.
Browser Info: IE 11, Chrome, Firefox. Tried them all, same issue
Flash version: 11.0.9600.17416
OS: Windows 8.1

Hey! Thernda is missing a shop at Ballyhoo. Would be nice if it could be put there soon, so people could rebuy their PET.

Does it even count as a bug? I was told to post "it" in bug section.

 Not really sure where to put this.

In the Item upgrader found through the home page: trying to upgrade the Star Sabre (130) the option takes you to the Ornate Energy Dragon Blade ( level 23) for 10 gold.

While viewing Ballyhoo ads on an alt character, it was stuck saving the reward and the message I got was "You open the chest and find undefined gold!" This might be due to some internet connection issue but I've never seen that message till now. Thought it was interesting enough to mention.

I bought the 10 dollar Z-token package with the item of choice being War-Totem for my Warrior Jack O T He is 141 and got a 150 version. When I went to check the upgrade shop it kept telling me that the shop is restricted by "Character Clan" . Is that intentional or a bug I do not know what it means.

Is the upgrade shop for the Wartotem bugged?
