(Star Captain Only)

100% Chance of "Smokescreen - Star Captain power Activated!", decreases enemy's Bonus by 50 and increases your Boost by 35 for 5 turns.

Description: Creates a thick smokescreen. Creates a thick smokescreen. Star Captain's have access to smoke so thick it can affect it's victim's ability to hit.
