Isn't their suppose to be founder drop down?
It would be a great feature to add, for instance the leader is quiting, but has worked very hard on his/her faction and just doesn't want to end it, she could promote her best faction member to the leader.

Also, I know their are some kons to this such as their all to all features.
One con that might have prevented them from doing this is that maybe the leader is going on a vacation and she promotes her top officer for a week, and comes back she is kicked.
Thats the reason why it's called Founder drop down, if your dropping down you are no longer the founder. Maybe they could make a set duration of it, like Promote to founder for a day, week, or permanent. If it is set on either day or week they have invalid right's to kick the founder, but rights to kick other members. If the duration was set to permanent then they have to the right to kick the founder.

What do you guys think?

 To the best of my knowledge, that feature is still on the Developer's to-do list. However, due to the complexity of its implementation, it has been pushed back for now.

It could be easier if they just add a leader rank and made founders remain and let leaders shift but remain founders if they want.

maybe make it a co founder, so that they have all the priveledges of a founder, but cant kick or do anything to the founder.

I agree with Xxxbox A co Founder be much better and if the Founder goes inactive for over 35 days the Co Founder becomes the founder.
