While enTropy is a 'monster' class, the looks of items will not appear on your armour, however, here are pictures of the Male and Female enTropy Armour;
Male enTropy Armour
Female enTropy Armour

You can still equip items such as Helms, Capes and Weapons. As such, it would be wise to consult these guides;

Best Weapons for your Level and Class
High level Accessories Guide

Miscellaneous
[6]

- enTropy is a monster class, items and accessories will not be displayed.
- Items that require the 'Attack' button to work will not work, for example, the IceScythe.
- Items that have an 'On-Hit' activation will work, for example, Death's Scythe.
- Trinkets that display, or have an effect, on a characters image WILL still be displayed, for example, Fireworks
- You can also use the En Class Armour, from the quest En Tropy, but should be duly noted that it is not the same class as enTropy.
- The position for element change depends on which weapon type you are using.
It is in the following places for the following weapon types;

Swords/Axes/Maces - The head
Staves/Wands - The back
Daggers - The hand
Scythes - The back

Thankies!
[7]

A very special thanks to everyone that helped contribute;

WolfmansBro - Provided female enTropy Armour and pictures for skills Vampiric Reneval - Putrefying Being
Gingkage - Reminded me to add that there is no way to change element with enTropy on multiple element weapons
Bluekatz - Suggested 'Element Resist' based strategies
Gingkage and Sainsbo - Made me check element changing positions
Leon Shadowhart - Typo corrections

And a very special thank you to YOU, reader :)
