if you go onto Titan's picture on twitter, you will find this.

WOW! All swords are going to have +36 damage? Now that is crazy. Im glad the devs didn't put the swords back to +35 damage.
I've gotten confused about this but now I'm 100% confident, that Omega will be Cool!

What do you think about all swords going to +36 damage in Omega? ;D

why skill core on that weapon have lock sign ? Is that mean we will not be able to transfer skill core? If we cant use the weapons we want then whats the purpose of omega?

That is the skill core that came with the weapon and you will be able to add a new skill core in addition to it.

^ is that mean i cant change the curse skill on delta weapons but add an aditional skill?

^ I guess so. You can only equip one active and one passive.
So i guess that once you equiped one to one wep you wont be able to change the cores again..

Maybe not. Looks like there will be an extra cost to remove skill cores and hopefully that includes locked skill cores.

It is disappointing locking old skill cores on the initial items.
I was expecting to be able to equip Massive Strike on a physical weapon too.

^ I was expecting to be able to use my Frostbite Claws but if icy chill is locked to it i cant use since icy chill is useless against everything except George Lowe

Don't forget they have not gone over the skill cores that they built so far so wait for the design notes before getting disappointed.

Remember from the start they said certain skills would be locked onto certain items so that the items would maintain their identities. So quite frankly I am pleased with that. I am hoping massive strike is one of them, because it would be real annoying to see someone with a basic club crit me and send me flying.

I don't want all weapons to be exactly the same. I favor unique, locked skill cores on some items.

I know if you equip swords you wont be able to use all skills, but that dont make they bad, the good point is that they have like 1 or 2 points more then average claws / clubs / staves. I guess this will only will overpower more blood mages...
