So, is the LoveWeaver COMPLETELY RARE? I've been searching for about 3 hrs now and I haven't found it, and wiki says it can still be found at firey cave. If it is not gone, then what is the encounter chance?

Loveweaver got removed Monday, whether she is seasonal or perma-rarez is unknown.

Well then, I guess im onto searching for water elemental. You know which area is best for finding it? Fiery cave or south map lakes?

 The Southern Map Lakes. You'll have a higher encounter rate there than at the Fiery Cave.
