This ring does not have WIS +7. It's not in the description of the ring, and I just tested it for myself just to be sure.

As DJ9K mentioned, and written in Submission Reminder: "The WIS stat is notoriously known to be shown only after such reload" [Niki]

For the Mirror Eye Trinket's description, there should not be an apostrophe in enemy's. It should instead be enemys. Even though this is grammatically incorrect, that is how it appears in game. A note may be needed to document this.
