My suggestion is that you allow a feature that lets us put a third core on special weapons. Reason? Guys pay attention to this and please don't judge me too quickly.

My reason for this is that is because every weapon used to be completely different but that turned out to be massively unfair so Omega came along and made every weapon the same and gave us cores because they were supposed to increase build diversity. Well that did exactly the opposite. Now there are a ton of weapons out there that, without cores, are all the same.

Now I wouldn't make this if we had a ton of cores to choose from but we don't and I understand that cores take a long time to code, I have heard that from several artists.

With that being said I am suggesting a 3rd Core slot. If we can't get new cores because the programming takes to long then allow us to have a 3rd core slot for special weapons with locked cores. For example: Black Abyss P, Black Abyss E, Azrael Gun and Aux, Celtic Cleaver, Blood Hawk Slayer P, Blood Hawk Slayer E, ESPECIALLY Omega weapons...etc

Now I know how this looks, believe me. You might say that Varium players will get too much of an advantage but that's impossible. These weapons are seasonal and everyone gets a chance to buy them with credits which means everyone can tack on a 3rd core.

Think about it guys.... We will have insane MP drainers in 2v2, potential Masteries on all Weapons with the Aim Assists, Overshield with Nanosteel armor for the special Armors like Platinums Pride. Once again, a third core slot should only be available to special weapons since they have a locked core slot on them.

Supported, another good idea would be if we bought one core we should have it permanently. Like if we had generator on our armor and wanted to replace it with piston punch we would still have our generator instead of buying it again if you wanted it for another armor.

My thought exactly. Everything in this game is already overpriced so I support that idea of still having our cores after we switch them

That is what happens when they nerf Varium to the point where it is almost powerless. They needed to compensate somewhere so they inflated prices to compensate for making everything (except phase promos) Non varium friendly.

On topic

You mean a free slot on old and new promo's that have locked cores on them that will automatically whole another passive or active core depending on the item? If so this could be tricky for certain items such as the frost destroyer and slayer as well as the omega items because unlike most promo items these have two locked cores.

But I think some weapons have 2 locked cores like the omega weapons so adding 2 more core slots is better ;)

I believe it is only the frostbite weapons and the omega promo weapons that have both an active and passive core locked on them. Everything else has either one or no cores.

Yes , i agree with emperor blitz, i wasted too much on cores cause we have to replace and when we do it be gone , it should stay in inventory to use it when we want cause we paid for it...

Yes that was my thought exactly. Weapons with 2 locked cores should get 2 slots because of the "conditional" factor. Example: Omega Weapons Yeti Core only works when you have a yeti and the Frost Weapons Icy Chill only works against some NPCS.

That's another thing plisk, we should be able to keep our cores. I understand that ED has to make a profit but 6k, sometimes even 10k creds for a core that we cant even keep is too much. We at least need the option of being available to apply and reapply it 3 times before it disappears.

@Mother: My original thought was that if your active core slot is locked with a core then you can put in a 2nd active core. If your passive core slot is locked then you can put in a 2nd passive core. If both are locked then you can put in another passive and active core.

Keep up the comments please, lets try to get this in. I feel as if this could be very beneficial.

Not supported. So your saying the weapons with locked cores can get 1 more core slot? Then there is no point in equipping rares like beta and alpha gear...Omega was supposed to help not devalue old promos. I would never equip old but cool looking gear if I can get an bigger advantage with Black Abyss Sword or Celtic Cleaver. I like using great art weapons like Horror Maul, but if I can use Black Abyss with the same cores+spiders I would never use my maul because of this core advantage.
