-Support its been nerfed all the way down to weakest stat now and now there are zero upper level support multi builds (merc and tlm). this killed off a build permimently in the near end game content.
any of the following would help bring it back:
-Reduce chance to be stunned
-control rage gain
-crit control
as for the multi
-make support multis slightly buffed in the progression -0.5 from the current progression
Strength would be less a must have if support is rewarded with 1 of those at least

hp scaleing:
+13 then downgradeing to +10 at end

2 critical skills that cause part of the jug mode game breaking
plasm cannon and bunker buster
both ignore 20% armor and have 25% chance to crit
either one or both need a slight nerf by 5% or the damage progression needs +0.5stat

stun grenades need a slight buff of a -0.5 from stat progression towards the damage

Here is a bug thread explaining support

Support wasn't nerfed like we thought. They changed everything to work with 2 lines meaning the other tags Support have are still there, but aren't mentioned. This has lead us to believe support was nerfed when in fact it wasn't.

^Now I'm starting to question why I don't recall the DNs every actually saying anything about this, even though literally tons of posts have been made on the forums regarding how support had been nerfed to the ground for the past who knows how long.

I just found it out myself, and not only this, but there have been many changes that were made which never made it into the design notes.

Such as the Staff removing a bug that made it where the assault bot could cleanse Necrosis.
