This is based on other games I have played. We have faction head quarters and levels e.g. Harbringers but they have no use.

What if we had faction achievements for e.g.No of wins and also fun things like e.g. 1000 losses or more than x members loyal than 30 days that could give small buffs e.g.0.5-1% increases xp and gold that could add up or for example an extra 10 npc battles for all faction member per day.

Also maybe faction headquarters could have up-gradable buildings that could be upgraded e.g. using credits or by being active and checking in which can unlock things such as being able to have more officers in a faction.
