 since cooldown is not an option and nerfing will also nerf focus builds
here is my suggestion
strength necrosis
same like necrosis from abyss bot but with primary damage
every time someone presses strike, their primary damage reduces by 30 and so on until a limit reaches like 490-510 in lev 40 with +30 legendary
focus builds wont be affected by this
so wt u guys think

Reduces by 30 till only 150 or 200 more than that would only deplete str users and encourage more f5's.
