 I have 1300 points already in the arcade, all in one place, and I have never gotten anything better than bronze items. 20 credits are not enough even to justify the time spent on going to the arcade bot and then selling the items.
So I'm wondering what results have other players had; am I very unlucky, or is it normal?

This is my opinion but, for me very few items look good or have advantages. (Although some people do it for achievements)

For a while the only reason I even used it was to get the dage multi-shot guns but since they were restocked I've stopped using the arcade all together.

I havn't had much luck but the best thing I have got was the physical dages cannon which was one of the nicer looking items I wanted.

The best I got were a Hollow Statue and Hulk Shogun from the AQClassic arcade (both silver prizes). I have never gotten a gold prize, though

 Just got Glorious Battlegear (gold prize, DF arcade) this morning And it looks incredible too!

The real value of the arcade is getting free rating points from the Dragon and Titan arcades. It's also pretty good for lower levelled players and house items.

Of all my experiences with the Arcade I won 2 gold prices from it.

The first being my Pink Yeti which I was actually after and the second being the Electro hazard armor. However I sold that armor.

As for my last 11 turns I won 10 bronze prices and 1 silver one.

 I think I went 70+ rounds in the Titan arcade before I finally got a gold.

My history with the arcade in any form has always been an unlucky one but that's what happens when you play solid RNG

I play the AQW machine because I want the pink yeti. So far I think I have got around 50 or more bronze items (mostly swords I have no use for) and two silver house items which are kind of cool. I did play other machines a couple of times, also got bronze stuff.

I just tried the Pink Yeti today, had 18 tokens and got only the dragon head (gold) and a spear (silver), all the others were bronze ...

 Could you please also post the points you had in the respective arcade when you got the silver or gold item? Without knowing the points I can't get an idea of the probabilities.

Ah, The arcade truly is reliably random. I won 2 golds in a row once with only 2 tokens, 10k credits and an energy assault bot. Then for about the next 40 tokens i spent i never even got a silver. The arcade is completely random as far as I understand. Which makes it one of my favorite things in ED

I'm pretty sure the arcade is completely random, but I feel like lower levels have a better chance at winning golds than higher ones do. I won Bacon Bike on my main on my 35th or so token in Titan (maybe like 60th overall), but on two separate alts I won Dage's Gun on a level 5 on the second try, and CC Dragonslayer on a level 1 on the first. Apart from those I've won around 70 bronzes and around 5-8 silvers. Despite the repetitiveness and usually "bad" prizes I still think the arcade is a really fun feature.

 I'd say that with my luck about 80 percent of my prizes are bronze. and maybe a 10 percent chance of silver and gold.

So far i've only snatched a wraith-cannon from silver (it was not that powerful) and that was it. The rest has all been bronze for me.

 Just watched the video (partly): by the 65-th token (this is how many I have played until now) the guy got 4 silvers and the rest bronze. No gold items, but still much better than me. Seems I'm just extremely unlucky.
