So you want to reduce the effectiveness of defensive buffs and damage skills, while buffing skills like Smokescreen? That's only going to further reduce variety and cement the dominance of strength builds.

I didnt say reduce effectiveness just reduce %'s and energy cost of plasma and mineral and hybrid armor to rather be 1 energy cost for all levels for slightly less %'s seeing as none are maxed or even close to max currently they are level1-4 due energy cost being too much it honestly would buff the effectiveness cause people would invest more.
Smoke screen and malfunction would be buffed. plasma and bunker are far to unbalanced so a slight nerf is a must! Strength builds wouldnt be oped from this. honestly hp abusers would get a nerf so ya it wouldnt benefit from this
Also field commander needs that change

and str builds don't even use gun ...
