How about make a new battle mode for lvls40 only where you can challenge 3 players (lvl 26 - 29) ?

 -Hard to balance
-Imagine trying to do anything when 3 people just keep healing each other and draining your energy, then killing you with poison builds since the damage is very strong no matter what level opponent you're facing

So let us face lvls 20 - 24?
Balance ins't a problem when you fight against 3 lvls 20/24 - it would be hard a fight agains 3 ppls - but it's a Legendary Fight, no?
I can't see why they don't make these cool things :/
These "rules" for a "good game" don't work...

It's already hard enough to make jugg a playable thing for level 40's all this would do would just be another non-played mode. Also how would the other 3 opponents get into a battle? No one would willingly go into a battle knowing that they would face a person twice their level.

Think about: you click to fight 2v2 and BOOOM ! OMG a monster ! 3 ppls will challeng a great fight against a Legendary lvl40 Monster (lvls 20 - 25)

 We're yet to balance out the existing modes, including Juggernaut which does need it the most - adding more modes only makes it more difficult, just like how balancing six classes is a lot more difficult than the base three. For this reason, it won't be happening anytime soon, if ever.
