Please rabblefroth, don't decrease Blood mage's power.
It's already good. Now, what you should do is increase another classes power.
Like Cyber - you need to increase his power.. I don't have a lot of words to say, just don't need to decrease the power of a good class, it's good right? To balance it right make another classes good enough to challenge a good Blood Mage.

Tbh, Mark of blood doesn't even belong in the game.. if they get rid of it, all classes become balanced.

Blood mage needs a nerf it's a really overpowered class especially that darn energy parasite deserves a reduce to 10% at level max I say. Cyber hunter needs a buff though 100% static charge is really Underpowered must be unblock able full damage.

 @Oswald Cobblepot: Blood Mage isn't even close to being overpowered, it's just highly overrated.

Also Cyber Hunter doesn't need an increase in power, it's actually pretty decent at the time. It's much stronger than the class players like to moan about the most (Blood Mage).

Also at the time all classes can put up a decent fight versus Blood Mages. As a Tech Mage/Cyber Hunter I've done 99%+ versus them in 1v1. As the rest of the classes 97%+. I believe many players are just lacking experience and want to believe the reason why they're losing is because something is "OP," and that couldn't be further from the truth.
