Greetings!

I have been reading the universal forum rules and I have some questions that I had after reading some parts. They're mostly forum interaction rules.

1.) When a user uses the PM system for harrassment to other users the forum rules states that this issue should be taken directly to forum moderators, but is there any specific moderator that handles this issues?

2.) When a member breaks a rule and another user post a quote of the original violated rule is that advisable to do? I mean shouldn't that situations be handled by the Forum Staff?

1) According to How to Deal with Problems with another Person you should contact the User Relations Administrator, Seahawk.

2) Let the forum staff handle the offending post.
