in you opnion, this war rallies frequence is bad or good? in my opnion war rallies should not even exist or be a ultra rare event, because got 2x drop rate and dmg for no reason (the player don't do nothing to get a war rally) works like hack enabled or a GTA cheat, the diference is that the devs enable it instead a hacker, but the effect in the game is same.

I definitely think that there should be a minimum time between rallies. for example 12 hrs or eve a full day

Would be better if WR have assigned schedules then it changes every week so it'll be easier to plan barrages of Influence .

If they were at pre-known times then people would just stock up on war drops before it started, which would be a bit of an abuse of the system in my opinion.

Ok

1) War rallies are 100% random due to them being coded into the war event to happen when one side is behind by a certain margin so it is impossible for the staff to just purposely give one side a war rally.

2) War rallies were made with the soul purpose of making sure the losing side of a war doesn't fall so far behind to the point where there is no hope for them to win.

Remember the dreaded war, and Fortune city wars? Those two wars had no war rallies and legion lost both of those by a major landslide.

But onto the topic I personally don't mind war rallies because as I pointed out they help out the losing side at random times when they are losing by a set amount and keep hope alive for that side instead of having them just give up.

While I would love for the game not to need them, the sides aren't balanced to the point where they aren't needed.

in other words, cheat the winning side. try to do it via hack in any other game or serious competition and you sure will be banned.

@ dfo99

This isn't the first time they did something like this. Remember the first infernal war? They had something like this built in to help the losing side and back then both sides had plenty of players to fight unlike now so this isn't new in the least.

Also did you see the first 2 wars when war rallies didn't exist? Those were complete and udder landslides due to one side being more powerful than the other. Legion was 100% demotivated to fight due to the content loses, and large gaps and just rolled over and played dead. Players complained about this, and the staff seeing this created war rallies to help which ever side is losing.

Since the staff refuses to remove these events even with the sides unbalanced they choose to sacrifice competition to compensate for it. Is it a cheat? to some yes, to others no. However it is either that or have players quit due to losing hope since the best solution (AKA removing the events until both sides are more balanced) isn't an option in the staffs eyes.

when the exile side was losing by 800k influence, as a exile player, i don't comes to the forum asking for more war rallies in any thread, basicly does not matter if there is people quitting due reasons like this or my pov, war rallies is just cheat the winning side (very similar as a hack way).

You are only saying this because you are an exile player trying to win.
But if you look at this from other point if views, and exile was losing, I'm sure you would've said the total opposite.

I like the rallies in the sense they keep the wars competitive. I don't like the rallies in the sense that if one side is down almost the entire war, the casual players on that side have a much easier path to the best rewards.

Rallies should be at a fixed time. People are already abusing the rallies. If they were at a fixed time I can see a ton of benefits. 1) Wars would end faster, 2) Database would skyrocket for that hour or so, 3) and we can begin to see the REAL amount of influence that both sides have. I mean, lets be honest, theres no way its just a coincidence that all wars magically end on Friday. The system itself is gradually awarding points to players. I have a theory that is if not a single person were to drop a bomb then we would still see the influence bars increasing. Without the system interfering and allowing the matches to be so close each and every war I guarantee that one side would blow the other side out. And that's what is missing from the wars. Real numbers.

@ the Berserker killer

Please explain to me how random war rallies are being abused by the players when the players themselves have no clue when they will popup? If anything fixed war rallies would be far more abused due to knowing exactly when they will pop up.

http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=21907649

the war rally frenquece is too high that is no longer needed be a lucker player to find one. the randomly effect does not matter much anymore.

@Mother: Im not saying its "abused" as a bad thing, maybe I should use the term "taking advantage of this opportunity". It's the same thing as PowerHour, people "abuse" PowerHour by being active. Im talking about "abuse" in a positive sense. Just like we're all "abusing" this war 2.0 by getting 30 influence per bomb as opposed to the 10 influence per match (with core) in War 1.0
