Change it from passive to active so that the players could decide between
a normal 100% hit and the 90% multi. It would then stack with the passive
cores like Aim Assist and Gun Mastery. If this does seem to be overpowered
make the core a one time use. Atm this gun is more a curse (gimpish) than
to be usefull because its only usefull with Rage in 2vs2 and Juggernaut but
lacks damage for non strenght builds while strenght builds have a high
chance for a deflection. So most players do not use it on Rage and generally
as there are better moves for Rage and better guns/cores.

i have selled this pistol for inventory space, if this back to be useful again will be a big waste of money for me, but suported.
