Since power hour gives you double exp and doubt credits. During power hour, missions can also give two times the amount of credits. During that one hour. Players battle on power hour and hopefully expect to win the battle if they cannot they can npc, if they gradually fail at doing that too, they can do the missions on power hour to makeup for those points lost, by getting double.

Mission rewards and PvP rewards are working on two completely different systems. Power Hour only works for the PvP system, and unfortunately, there is no way to make it work with things like Mission rewards. Sorry!
