My suggestion is to either buff Mark if Azrael (the critical chance core)to either 7% or 13%. My reasons:

1) buffing the core would put its # on par with the Celtic sword core
2) 13% would just be a reference to the #13 (unlucky)
3) Unlike the Celtic Cleavers core which boosts a stat that you, more likely than not, would have a vast majority of points invested in already (hence giving you at least a 25+% chance total of connecting your strikes), the Mark of Azrael Core only buffs the % of crits upon that strike. Meaning that it works off of the amount of support you have. Which means that youre chance to crit upon a strike exceptionally lower than your chance to actually connect that strike. I'm not saying that they should be equal, only close.
4) you're average builds using this weapon only get a 8% chance (give or take a number) to crit upon strike. Focus builds may get a 15% chance to crit upon strike ( if using this core). Which means that with your average strength build you're okay on dex so you wont get blocked much however your chance to crit is exceedingly small. And if youre focus then your chance to crit is relatively higher however you might not connect a single strike.

I agree with this Idea because Lucky strike for celtic is 5% more than the normal core, however the azrael core is only 1% more than the critical chance which seems a bit unfiar.

lucky strike =/= crits. at all

Not supported because:

1) Crit chance is very low in general. Adding in extra % from cores is already making it slightly more unpredictable which literally everybody hates because it ruins the definition of the game being "fair" and literally everybody on the forums is always whining about RNG trolling them anyways
2) Lucky strike is arguably luck and RNG-based as well, but the chances of landing an unblocked hit are MUCH higher than landing a crit. Lucky strike simply improves the consistency of this, so it can be said that mark of azrael makes the game way more unpredictable in a much less likable fashion compared to lucky strike which makes gameplay more consistent and in a more appreciated fashion
3) Crits themselves should be buffed not mark of azrael. Crits do barely any bonus damage compared to before, save for a few exceptions.

Not supported, a strenght build with 13% to crit with your melee strike, that already deal a damage, that is high, plus unblockable due to the high dexterity, add a couple crits to that each battle. Madness.

Well, using Celtic Cleaver is already madness, I don't see a difference.

Atleast lucky strike isn't as noticeable as a critical strike, which is frankly deadly.

People favor lucky strike because they yearn for consistency. It is deemed as fair and people don't like getting cheesed by the RNG.

Mark of azrael is literally the opposite of this. It improves the inconsistency of the game and makes random crits more often but are still unlikely, and people absolutely HATE this. It's just annoying to lose to a random crit, but not really to not block a strike because basing your entire build off of RNG such as high block chance is your own fault anyways for when you get bad luck.

^ Exactly.

Players with strenght builds already deal a damage equivalent to the best damage a 5 focus player do each 3 turns with his bot, a damage that these players can deal each and every turn, as an addition a sure attack due to the high dexterity, and also, a high resistance thanks to ranks, which means every single weakness strenght builds have ever had, has vanished now.

Not so, strength builds still lose, even without crits. I agree it would make them stronger, but their chance to hit would go down if they used that core instead of the celtic one
