Why we don't have different war systems ?
It's boring to do aways the sabe thing.. we could have a war like Infernal War...

Because it's re-useable, and brings back the "Legion vs. Exile" conflict into play - instead of just PvP'ing, whilst supposedly facing the opposing alignment. Bonus rewards also give an incentive to PvP. The game was built* on LvE conflict, but it never came into play but during War events and the current Regional Wars. We had Faction competition instead, which wasn't ideal either when it came to LvE conflict, because it made no difference. Now, you can "control" a region which technically still makes no difference, but giving you an incentive to PvP** and possible future Missions/Events based on who controls which region.

Old Wars were not re-useable. You spent months coding it, used it once, and could not re-use it again, essentially wasting lots of code on one-off Event; not mentioning it'd hinder all the other releases in the meantime. This is one of the reasons why Frysteland War and Infernal War worked completely different to each other***; because you couldn't re-use the same code but had to start from scratch. A time consuming process which took time away from all the other releases in-between or even resulted in no releases at all - and we need to have a filler releases already (e.g. Power Weekends) / no releases at all, which isn't ideal either.

Current system isn't perfect, but it allows the players to have something to play for - in terms of PvP - and offers rewards at the end of it; for the winner and loser alike. We can repeat it every couple of weeks or so, instead of having it once-per-year at most, and only engaging players for 2-4 weeks at most (since that's how long old Wars used to last), and then having to throw it all out the window. Less exciting? Perhaps. But it works, and does increase the player activity whilst a War is active.

Flags were a huge incentive to pvp. way more than this system

While I get this new war system is more efficent and reusable I personally liked the older one better.

Those wars were not only a lot more fun, but were more worth wile in my opinion. While I know it won't happen I would prefer having 1 or 2 wars a year with the old format that are vastly different then 11-12 wars a year using this new format.

Current War System used on the wars feel more like a field trip than actually being in a war .

in my opnion the actual war system is better than the flag war system, however with a clear and directly objetive (bring down the enemy hp base/turrets) i believe that the players need more fire power, it means a chance to inflict a change in the war bars, for this i suggest a bomb/shell with 1% drop ratio which inflict 2500-3500 damage, or just 0,001% and 500k dmg but i was ignored, they could use the same animation of the super war items with only other collours, but i don't think that they even read my suggest.

This war system needs more variety (there are 50+ different flags you could fight at which have you 50+ things to do at any given time). These wars are basically a 2 step process with a leader board that tons of players don't care for because 1) the war prize tier is capped. No reason to keep fighting 2) people will just buy bombs and 3) the cost-benefit analysis is highly broken. Why spend 50k on war commanders when I won't be reimbursed for it by the end of the war? Why try when I'm only getting 10k credits?
