Bio beast:

special: It gives you a shield for 3 turns that makes you take 50% less damage from melee attacks. The special can be used more then once.

Assault Android:

Special: gives you laser ressitance skill for 3 turns. You get 50% less damage from ranged attacks when the skill is on. The special can be used more then once.

Bio yeti:

It gives you a shield for 3 turns that makes you take 50% less damage from skill attacks(ranged or melee). Can be used once per battle.

If the specials turn out too good, they make them used only once per battle.

New ideas are always fun.

Being reusable is just too strong on it unless the cooldown is something insane like 6+ turns, in which case you probably won't use it more than twice a fight so there's little difference between it being reusable anyways.

shields are too common now, a bot that can heal you according to the % of damage it does wud be better.

eg. if you bot damage is say 500, then it heals 10% of it i.e 50 or 15% or a fixed %
