Everyone's looking for a solution to botters. Well why not change the way Pyro Fly works. Instead of it disabling one of the three highest skilled moves I suggest that you buff it to disable one out of FIVE highest damaging moves. The reason I decreased to one out of FIVE is to include the possibility of disabling Strike/Gun and Aux .

If that does not seem like a good suggestion, I have an alternative to create another Bot with the skill of disabling your enemies previous move for 4 turns. If you strike, and I use this bots special, strike will be placed on cool down.

I'm not in favor of the Bot simply because it might take devs too long with coding issues

EDIT: It seems some people want some clarification. Option 1 with the pyro fly means buffing it to also disable strike/gun/aux for the entirety of the match. Meanwhile the Anti-Botter Bot only disables your enemies previous action for 4 turns. Depending on demand it may or may not be spammable. IMO I don't see a problem making it spammable. Its special will deal no damage

That alternative bot would also be a good counter to Strength builds that spam strike or other skills, I support it.

I could not support this more. The closest thing we have is Concusssion Shot aux core, and that is anything but tactical. 60% of the time it doesnt put the right skill on cool down. The other 40% of the time it is absolutely game changing, and can almost guarantee a win.
Having a controlled method of disabling skills for an entire game would be wonderful, and strategic. I would suggest leaving it with disabling Strike, Sidearm, Aux, or Bot (you choose). I think having it do 1 out of top 5 skills would just cover what Concussion does. Having it do one of the pieces of equipment would be best, since that is unique (though the bunny bot SORTA works against strike, and Cyber Yeti's block/deflect guarantee sorta does this two, but only for 2 turns).
Additionally, this could actually be complemented by Concussion Shot for "disablement" builds, which could specialize in scrwing up people's attacks.

Just a thought.

Alphaeus I absolutely love that idea. Make concussion Shot spammable and allow it to disable your enemies highest damaging move for 4 turns.

Highest damage is fine but the previous move thingy is op, when there is only the option for enemy to strike and nothing else, and if that thing is put into cooldown, he will hve to skip turns which is not something acceptable in a duel and not fair so its a no no

@king bling: I see where you're coming from. However with the options of bot, gun and aux, Gen/piston, or energy moves/free moves, there should very rarely be a time when strike is completely your only option

Not supported. Picking from 5 damage moves is way to much random and could weaken this robot
which already has a big luck factor. On the other side if the user is lucky he could destroy an opponent
totally in the first round which would be to powerfull. I prefer to disable skills and especially energy drainers
as they can be more powerfull than high damage moves.

I do not as botters are not a problem to me. They are easier to beat than other players.
There always was botters and their percentual ammount has not increased. I think that there are much less
botters now in PVP than during previous phases. In a smaller player base they are much easier to detect.
I do not see the point why a few people bring this to topic over and over.
