Notes (If you have any special requests): I'd really appreciate it if the banner was organized like this. Each of the four adult dragons has a hatchling that matches its colour, and I'd like each hatchling to be near it's corresponding adult colour (example, red hatchling near red adult, green near green, etc) THANK YOU SO MUCH! <3

1. The flag's height can be adjusted to fit the 100 pixel requirement for sigs. Do not stretch it to make it 500 pixels long, however; just get the height down to 100 pixels, keep it proportioned right.
2. Robert E Lee's person should be removed from that background as best you can and placed somewhere in center area of the image.
3. The title 'Robert E. Lee' should be written across the top of the sig, over Lee's head, not overlapping his head.
4. I trust you guys can do a fine job with it.

As the confederate flag is currently involved in a political debate and is associated with racial tensions in the United States, I am not the slightest bit interested in taking this request and as such will be denying this. If any of the other artists don't feel its a big deal feel free to take the request on, I personally will not be doing it.

Can somebody make a Tomix Naval Commander? It could look similar to Tomixs' Soulweaver armor. Tomixs armors already look pretty similar to navals so it shouldnt be too hard.

What you're requesting is far above my skill level, and is something people would normally charge for. And for the record, just because two things look "similar" doesn't mean its easy. Why don't you sit down and try drawing it yourself before you say it shouldn't be too hard?
