It should give you back a % of your base energy instead of a % of ur base str

Improves with none

Level 1 12%

Level 2 19%

Level 3 21%

level 4 23%

level 5 25%

level 6 27%

level 7 29%

level 8 31%

level 9 33%

level 10 35%

it will give someone with 640 energy a fixed 224 energy and more energy for those who have more energy for ex. someone with 920 energy he will get 322 (still weaker than energy backup)

 I love where this is going, nice suggestion. I also believe that it deserves a bit of a damage buff or at least its unblockable buff should be returned to it. CH is an extremely weak class due to the fact that its terribly balanced. Dont get me wrong, focus for Ch is extremely effective however it shouldn't be the only build for that class that works.

To add on to what Lord Machaar said not only does Ststic have a 3 turn cooldown as opposed to 4, but it ago grants the user damage, and rage which is something Battery backup doesn't give. Personally I believe Cyber hunter needs a complete make over with new moves that go together instead of just an at best band aid fix to help this class work better.

224 energy back on max (35 %) ? is still weaker then what it is now on 64 - 68 % energy back is (230 - 250) .

not supported it's fine as it is .

It's 230 u can increase ur energy more and get back 230 or even more 660 energy =231 we need a reason to invest points on energy and it's not fine as it's it's weak

bro let's face the facts here ok ?

no one is stupid enough to have more than 640 energy unless he plays a massacre build which require more ! and massacre build are pathetic so no one is using it . it will just make them lose more valuable stats such as str/dex/tech/supp .

be realistic please .

Thats why we need a reason to put points into energy.

Nowras: SC Might Need a buff but that buff is not what you're suggesting, it must be another thing, this wont do the trick, Not Supported dattebayo.

not supported, especially if it doesn't improve with anything. How are you improving static charge if you're making it gain energy from a small unchangeable percentage of a stat not worth increasing?
