I would like to join, but I must warn you, I have a bad habit of pushing the limits of my bios.for instance, my character would have originally been a Vartai, since it is technically a basic hybrid and an iatrical part of the AQ storyline, but I thought that a bit much

so instead I'm doing an orc. and don't you worry, he'll have lots of issues, trust me! also, I know you said make him new to aq, but I tried making him so old that any advantage was stripped away!

It'll be a plwasure working with you to make my character the best it can be!

edit; misunderstood the instructions, thought I had to pm the entire bio

Name: Demonwolf Bloodstone (orc names, like Native Americans, are derived from an event occurring around the time of birth. In this case, his father slayed a demon on wolfstone mountain)
Race:Orc
Apparent Age While no-one's really sure how long orcs live (not exactly being known for living safe, healthy lives) It is generally assumed that they live about as long as dwarves, and he is pushing the limit. he is nearing 300, nearly fifty more years past any recorded dwarf (not that there are many, being so reclusive!)
Appearance He is a severely old orc, his skin thick and a dark greyish green and covered in wrinkles. where his frame was once massive, 8 foot tall, and hulking, age has bent, shrunken, and wore him down to a hunched, scrawny, 6 foot tall frail man. his hair is long, down to his mid back, white, and braided. his beard is about half a foot long, white, and also braided.
Belongings: Leather armor, an old, tattered brown cloak, a rusted dagger, a satchel of supplies and a few gold coins, and an amulet, to be explained later

okay, 11:5, maybe not my best work, nut it'll do. can't wait to see how you'll think you can fix this one!

edit; not sure if too late, but I deleted the excess info you specified before anyone else sees it. I am now heavily scrutinizing the first post too include every speck of requested information.

edit; done, but I still think i'm missing something.....anyway, thank you for your help, and I hope I won't have to scrap this one, though I understand if I do. I'll admit, he started as a creative exercise, but he's grown on me, and seems to have joined ALL THE VOICES IN MY HEAD! my cast of my favorite characters, and it would be a shame to see him go!

 Sorry but character is now null and void for this to, you posted far too much information in occ. Flaws, personality, history, skills were all things to be pmed and not posted in OOC..

I'm sorry, I must have misunderstood (again) what the original post was asking for. I actually based the bio structure on the one you did for your character, which was kind of stupid in retrospect.
does 'null and void' mean this character is completely unusable, or that it needs reworked?

 I mean, in the original post for this ooc, under the rules section, bios were only to be posted with basic information here. It lists it out. And all other details were to be pmed to me, so no other in rp knew the details. Because the skills, flaws, history were posted here for all to members to read it cannot be used. Please read ooc title posts fully.

 Several had already read your bio before it was edited. Pm's were what notified me initially. My bio that is posted has notes in it that certain sections are not revealed but will be in the rp itself as time goes by. If you did not see those notes, you are not reading carefully.

sorry, sorry, again sorry, I really screwed up! This sort of RP is new to me, and I didn't understand how a few things would work out.
I am still interested in this RP though, so I will be figuring out a new bio. for reference, could you tell me what would have been wrong with the previous bio as it is currently posted, so that I can avoid those mistakes in the next one?

edit:got ideas flowing, can't wait to post them (in the appropriate places and to the appropriate recipients this time, I hope!)

 Okay, right now I do not have a lot of time to review bios that's won't be in the rp proper. (I run and participate in rp in multiple forum, plus real life) Just pm your completed bio to me and do not post it here until I give you the okay, and then only post the basics listed out in the original ooc post. I will review it and let you know if there is anything wrong and what to fix.

As far as the dp goes, please make sure to read carefully and take notes if you must before forming a post. This rp will be heavily detailed oriented and missing something could prove detrimental. This rp is being run as if I was running it on the ARP boards we used to have.


Thanks for the posts everyone, this evening or tomorrow morning I will be making another post to better get your characters settled into Epsyon.

Apparent AgeWell, considering one is a longtime paraplegic and the other is essentially a super zombie, it's not very applicable. but Eldrath is 51, and the Grunt is 19.
AppearanceEldrath is very thin, suffering from muscular atrophy, being paralyzed for so long. his hair is long, black, and uncut, and so is his beard. his skin is pale from being wrapped in his long black cloak for so long, and his nails are long and untrimmed. His eyes are blue. Grunt is 9 feet tall, with grey thick skin over a massive, hulking physique. his eyes are red, and he has medium length, white, greasy hair. he wears a long cloak with hood to hide his grotesque appearance, thick manacles bolted into his wrists with 5 feet of chain o each, and a hangman's noose around his neck

 I've posted. My character should be officially in hibernation. Afina I go on vacation and will not be available until July 18th. I figured putting her in her room was the easiest way to get her out of the way until I can be active again as we discussed.
