Brief Description: Malfunction's requirements for CH class is different from the str requirments of TM class actually it requires 16 str for ch at level 1 and 19 for tm
Error Messages (if any):

Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. click on ur skill tree and check malf requirements at level 1 u will see ''16''
2. click on a tm skill tree and check his malf
3. u will see that its not the same.

I'm quite certain that this isn't a bug. Looking at the wiki, I can see two separate pages for Malfunction, one for CH and the other for TM. The stats requirements for Malfunction are different because it unlocks on a different level for each class (Level 2 - CH | Level 5 - TM), the amount of Technology reduced by Malfunction varies between classes too. Bludgeon follows the same pattern, where the requirements are different on each class.

TL;DR So yeah, the requirements are different because Malfunction doesn't unlock on the same level on both classes.
